i think it means that even though the brain has room and space to expand while asking questions because there is no limit. but while answering some question you have the limit of what the person asking it wants for an answer.

When you ask a question it shows your intelluctual level and intelligence yet your answering subtlely because somewhere in your mind you know your going to get an answer, and you can obtain that information to use it in your mind. =D
