Need help with finding a topic for informative speech.?

I have to do an informative speech for a speech class in college and can't think of a good topic. Students in our class are mostly in their 20s and 30s and its a close group as you might say. Please give me suggestions that fits with a 20 year-old guy. By the way, its only a 5 minute speech.

I had to do the same thing in a speech class in college and I did it on the many uses/value of hemp (NOT pot, but hemp). Loads of information can be found making a 5 minute speech no problem.
