Completely normal. Every baby is very different. My first son got his first teeth at exactly 6 months. But my second one JUST got his at 10 months. My sister's daughter didn't get hers until after her first birthday. Hang in there. It can take a while sometime, but the teeth will come when they are ready.

My baby boy got his first tooth at 8 months and 1 day, and the normal range for first teeth is something like 3 months to 11 months, so 6 months would be right on target!

Yes, it's normal--my daughter was around 8 months old when she got her first teeth (she got 2 at the same time!)...as with most things, every baby is different

A 6 month previous isn't a baby, it fairly is a baby. And teething would not reason a vivid pink rash around his mouth. It coul be an allergic reaction to a clean nutrition or it would desire to be something else. Take him to the wellbeing care expert.

my son didn't start cutting teeth until he was 7 months old. i've read in the american academy of pediatrics handbook that it's normal for babies to get them anytime from birth to a year old. every kid is different!
