Yes, his ex can use this in court. No, she is not allowed to take his personal property.
Why are you living with a married man that has a child? Do you not see how dysfunctional this is?

Shacking up out of wedlock with another woman probably won't look too great in court, as it doesn't set a very good example for children. His wife could very well use that as a roadblock, and force him to fight her in court over it. She's allowed to take whatever she can until the courts tell her otherwise. I predict a rocky future- be prepared for a long battle.

when my ex went to live with the other woman at first he wanted everything, didn't want to deal or be fair, the minute i got her address, and knew his whereabouts he signed off on the house, he must have thought i could cause him and her difficulties. i got everything, he got nothing much. he just was afraid i could use it against him in court. can u blame his wife for feeling this way? or trying to hurt him? she is hurt over this. but maybe he is going to go back to her, maybe financially he just doesn't want a divorce. don't know if she can use it in court, but it can't do him any good in the eyes of the judge.

If he can afford to file the papers why hasn't he?
Him fooling around with you and him getting visitation have nothing to do with each other-
If he owned things before they got together they still rightly belong to him and he needs to bring it up during the divorce proceedings that he wants his things back

Hello, Ok watch what you do. They may look at this as a judge of who he is.And this will make him look bad.The both of you need to watch where and what you do.And do not live together till after he has filed papers. And his ex will try to make him sound bad. Just do not make his ex mad.But you need to move out or he does fir a short time.Good luck

yes if she wanted to....all she have to do is get information about his where abouts and she can use it in court against him...but the good thing is that the divorce will go through a lot quicker and you will not have to wait a year until it becomes final.

depends on what state your in on her belongings but I would assume yes she can take her things, and yes she can include the fact that your partner is living with someone else as a reason for divorce

She might. I mean, what kind of guy moves in with a woman he's only dated for four months?
Unless there is a prenup, stuff will be split equally.

Have him talk to his lawyer because all state law is differnt. She can try to take everything if she wants to... it just matters how its "haggled" out.
