Can anybody help me write a net ionic equation when NaOH mixed with dichloroethane?

Sure it's easy. Here it is:



Because nothing happens. NaOH is completely insoluble in dichloroethane. Anything that dissolves NaOH will not be miscible with dichloroethane, and anything that is miscible with dichloroethane will not dissolve NaOH.
