The Amerindians (of which I am one) are too small a population for anyone to worry about. Still don't get the respect we deserve. Just a good thing The Great Spirit guided us to create casinos! The founding fathers were not white!

Umm... I have seen an abundance of racism on her about Native people. Read the mascot posts, they are full of ignorance and hate. Read the jokes about Native people and the whothef*ckarewe tribe. Read the posts about the land bridge. Read the posts about how Natives just "need to get over it". There is an abundance of racism on here directed towards Natives. And if you are a Native person why would you want racism?? I think maybe you are lieing...

Maybe because those people are no better in some way then the others they claim to be racist. They are just as brainwashed as the next skin tone over history...

Most racist cases are way overblown anyways, but as a Native American, we were treated a lot worse than any other group in the past, but I don't really percieve any real negativity toward Native Americans today. However, the closest reservation I live near is the
Eastern Cherokee one in NC, if you can call that one.

You are absolutely right! You discovered America NOT Columbus. All he discovered when he got here was Native Americans. I guess it is somewhat selfish of us to dwell on our suffering and disregard yours. You have (however) gotten your revenge on us BIG time. It's called CASINOS. :)

i haven't seen any racism go up yet, but dont' worry i always keep that in mind.....its sad how how everyone forgets who were the frist to cultivate this land, the Indians!!
