ok when you add a new email to outlook express wat do you put for the incoming mail server and outgoin mail server??

that depends entirely on the mail service you're using....it's the address of the mail server that is hosting your account.

you can get the correct settings for mail server address as well as any other port settings from your email host

You must put the mail server names from your mail service provider, go to the your mail service provider website and search for it. A lot of times you will have to pay to use the mail servers.
I know of a free mail system that will work for this:

Cox incoming mail server: pop.east.cox.net, pop.central.cox.net, pop.west.cox.net


Cox outgoing mail server: smtp.east.cox.net, smtp.central.cox.net, smtp.west.cox.net


try on of those above mentioned servers... Incoming might work but not sure of outgoing I know it depends on what you ISP is, better contact them too. Goodluck

this is supplied by the your ISP, or the website that you got your email account from, not all websites offer this type of email account though... try typing in free POP email and you can find some that do, or contact your ISP
