Try Claires Clearance section, or EBay. Once on EBay, check out the seller's stores for their clearance section.

I buy all my charms on Ebay. Not particularly for a dollar, because remember, you get what you pay for and quality isn't much when you buy something for a buck. But, I've gotten some fabulous charms and never paid more than $6, which includes shipping.
