It depends on the person and the mall. The mall I go to doesn't allow anyone under either 18 or 21 (I forgot, sorry) to walk around alone on Fridays and on the weekends. Many malls don't do this.
If the child is responsible, and the mall i pretty safe place, then I think it would be ok, but you never know who will be there that night. It all depends on what the child and the parent feel comfortable with.

At least 15 yr. old. Because (if you live in a busy city) you never know who is roaming the mall- it could be some idiot trying to get you and take you away. Or there could be someone there who wants to do some BAD with you! So probly 13-15, would be the best!

I would say at least 15 with your friends or something,but not by yourself.To go to the mall by yourself I would say the age of 17.

Depends on where the mall is. In NYC?? 35. In small town USA?? I'd say 12 or 13, as long as the kid has a cell with and has clear directions on what time they need to meet parents.

it depends on how mature you are. You should also have a cell with you. I started going when i was like 12 or 13. You just have to make sure that you dont do dumb things!! lol other than that i hope this helps!! HAVE FUN AT THE MALL!!! lol lataz

At our mall kids under 18 can't be there without the parents. Crazy. Our teenagers have no where to go.

As long as you don't look like a little kid. So, I say 13 or whatever age you think you are old enough (it has to be apporved by your parents). I stopped going out with my parents when I was 11.
