This comes directly off of DLINK's web site. If this doesn't work, you need someone to help you:

The following reset procedure will completely restore the default settings on your D-Link device including your password. This procedure applies to the DI-514, DI-524, DI-604, DI-614+, DI-624, DI-624M, DI-624S, DI-754, DI-764, DI-774, DI-784, DI-804V, DWL-700AP, DWL-800AP+, DWL-900AP+, DWL-1000AP+, DWL-2000AP, DWL-2100AP, DWL-6000AP, DWL-7000AP, and DWL-7100AP.

Step 1 Locate the reset pinhole on the back of the unit.

Step 2 With the unit powered on, press and hold the Reset button.

Step 3 Hold the Reset button for about 10 seconds.

Step 4 Release the Reset button.

Step 5 The unit will reboot. Allow 20-30 seconds before reconnecting.

Step 6 The device is now at factory defaults.

Note: Do not recycle power during the reset procedure.

The default user name for most D-Link devices is admin and the password is left blank.

OK, im going to try to explain this as well as possible and hopefully it will get your through.

first, try this for the username and password for the prompt box:

username: admin
password: (leave it blank)

if that does not work, physically look at the back of the router and find the reset button. you may need to use a pen to press it, but press it. that will reset your router to default settings and then get the username prompt box working. (so try the username/password thing again)

NEXT:

you'll see a screen like: http://portforward.com/english/routers/port_forwarding/Dlink/DI-604/DI-6042.jpg (click to see the picture)

1. Click Advanced on the top tabs.

2. Click Virtual Server on the side tabs.

3. if you already know your ip address(192.168.x.xx) then type it in private IP. if not then follow the next step to find your ip(if you alrady knew it you can skip step 4)

4. go to start, click run, then type "cmd" in the box and hit ok. in the command box that comes up, type "ipconfig /all" . This will display a string of information. find the numbers located next to "IP Address", it should look like 192.168.x.xx (x being numbers). Go ahead and go back to the router screen and fill in the missing numbers under "Private IP".

5. Next, check the enable button. Under name type whatever you want. Leave protocol type as it is. Under Private and Public port, put 60260. And under schedule check "always"

6. Then hit apply and you should be able to use the program your trying to use.

I hoped this helped.

conflict of clans is a poor sport. I advise look, the mascot is hulk hogan. yet to respond to your question, verify if it really is nevertheless on your gadget. If no longer then you should reboot and then see what takes position. To reboot carry the residing house and means buttons down until eventually the show blacks out. to blame out.
