there are three sites that I go to in order to catch the shows that I've missed such as: Greys Anatomy, Ugly Betty, Veronica Mars and so on. Yes you will be able to watch the full episodes. www.cwtv.com and wfaa.com or abc.com oh yeah, I watch them for free. ;)

Since then...we are saving over $90 a month because now we watch over 3,000 tv channels from all over the world and in other languages, too!
The best part is that we have no more high cable bills. I'm saving approx. $1,100 and we LOVE the tv on pc.
You can also hook up a tv tuner cable from your pc to your tv and watch on your big screen.

I didnt hear of actual tv shows for free but you can watch parts on youtube or you can by a tv tunner and put cable in the back of the tv.

hah no way i kno, But i will tell you this if you buy a high definition receiver for your comp you can receive FREE hdtv on your computer.
