It really depends on the type of job but some general questions could be....
1. What do you find interesting about your job?
2. Why did you pick this field of work?
3. Are there educational requirements for you job?
4. What sort of skills have you learned in your job that you did not expect to pick up?
5. Would you recommend your job to someone that was just starting to look at career ideas/options?

Ask questions like..
Do you enjoy your field of work?
What all do you have to do?
Do you work with a lot of people or more independently?
What kind of hours do you work?
Do you have a lot of things that you have to work on at home?
Does your job interfere with having a family or life out of the office?
A lot of the questions you ask will depend on what the persons job is.

What do you do? Do you enjoy your job? What is the best part of your day? What dont you like about your job? What did you want to be if you were younger? If your younger self could see you now do you think he/she would be disappointed? Would you still do this job if you could have any job?
