A 3 V battery sends a current of 0.10A through a light bulb. What is the resisitance of the filament of the bulb?

If we ignore the resistance of the battery and the wires, we can say that I = V/R where I is the current in amperes, V is the Potential Difference in volts and R is the resistance in Ohms. So, in this case, we have 0.1 = 3/R or R = 3/0.1 = 30 ohms
