yes but only if no one challenges the marriage and only in some state
in florida once a person transitions legally they can no longer marry,
in new jersey a hetero married couple become legally annuled once a partner gets a legal sex change
in many states the couple was legally married but the marriages was contested by a third party (usually after one dies and the relatives want money)
im fully transitioned and legally married but i got married before i changed my papers so no one has contested yet

Even odder if a man were married to a woman prior to having a sex change, having the operation does not in and of itself invalidate the marriage in the eyes of the state. Some couples have remained married which means that there are already some same sex marriages. The US hasn't colapsed as a result of it and it won't colapse if they allow any other same sex couples to marry. There are at least 50,000 intersex individuals in the US and many of them are married today and most people opposed to same sex unions never even consider them because it would undermine their argument.

Depending on where they live, if they are able to change their birth certificate to reflect their gender (most states and countries allow it) then they can engage in marriage with the opposite sex, ie. a male. If they are unable to change their birth certificate, such as in Ohio, they can still get married, but would be a homosexual marriage to a woman, since they are considered a man only by the state.

Yes, they could legally be married. However, the transgendered would have to change the sex on the birth certificate, but it must be done before the operation is actually done.

Yes; once "he" becomes a "she", she can legally marry a man in the U.S. Which is awesome, IMO. Now if we can just repeal those pesky laws preventing same sex marriage...

I think that on their birth certificate they will still be listed as male. I don;'t think you can change your sex on your birth certificate, so in most states My guess would be NO!

variations you in case you permit it. It does not replace who you're from the interior.(being pregnant does replace you-your physique it particularly is, and moods) And if somebody does replace, its particularly their real colorings popping out.
