Yes, as you fall 6 times slower through water than through air. becuase water is 6 times as dense as air

Yes I think so.
If you put an egg surrounded by tightly packed feathers into a box and drop the box on the ground the egg is protected. I think the same cushioning effect would apply for you in the aquarium.

Sure, if it's giant enough, you will barely feel anything anyway. There will be a lot of turbulence around the edges, but in the middle, not too much disturbance.

If you were at the top of the tank it would be like diving into 30 ft of water.
If you were at the bottom you would be doomed.
