I think that they should just bury the poor woman with her son and give the baby to her mother. I don't think that either of the men have the best intentions for that little girl ...her Grandmothers is probably the best place to be.

She purchased her burial plot and that is where she should be laid to rest.. I think her mother is crazy. Anna got as far away as she could from that women, Let her rest in peace. I don't think any of them are going to be good parents so I feel sorry for the baby. Anna's mother messed her up and I would not give here a second child to mess up.

my opinion on the anna nicole smith trial was a joke. they were suppose to be there arguing over who gets her body. instead they focused on if she was a drug addict, and who she had slept with. the whole point is, where ever she buried her son, she wanted to be next to him, so i dont know why it had taken them so long to decide..pretty much everyone else knew except her evil, money hungry, selfish mother (if you could even call her a mother) im just happy that her mother lost both times and she can finally lay next to her son.

well i think its a tragedy first her son now her and then poor little girl Danielynn is left with out a mom-- thats sad I hope her grandma gets her and that Howard man goes to hell- and i hope the larry man is her- Danielynns dad
