need a good hard workout for off season in wrestling

Depending on what you want to accomplish, you should do several things until winter starts again. If you're looking to increase your strength without putting much weight on I recommend Bench Press or other upper body lifts, try going for more repititions using less weight than normal, if you want to go up a weight than do the opposite. If you're looking to increase speed and agility I reccomend trying sprints and some leg lifts maybe just around your neighborhood. It is always important to keep stamina up, so try to run about 2-3 times a week. And most importantly, is drilling as many times in the summer so you don't lose your edge, and you'll find yourself much better than before, however if you have no p;ace to do this, just try to keep up with the other things

lift 3-4 times a week
do cardio every other day
try getting as much wrestling in as possible
