Pregnancy tests are all the same really...some will be more sensative than others but they will all be "Accurate"...the only thing that can make a pregnancy test right or wrong is THE TIME THAT YOU TAKE IT...
I'm sure the walmart one is fine...
www.peeonastick.com is a website that can give you the particulars of each test...the only thing that I have seen on there is that the First Response test...wll tell you sooner than any other.

Some tests are more sensitive than others and can be used sooner but as long as you've already missed your period it should be fine! If it comes up negative and you still don't get your period retest two or three days later or call your doctor for a blood test. Good luck!

They are all pretty accurate. I used one of the $1 test from dollar general and got a positive result when I retested with a more expensive one I still got the same result.. From what everyone has told me you can get lots of false negatives but hardly ever do you get a false possitive...

I used it and it was accurate, if you have enough hormones in your body all the tests will work. I took 5 tests all different brands and they all were positive!

Probably, but I wouldn't use one. Use a reputable brand. I remember seeing pregancy tests at the dollar store and shaking my head thinking "well, that can't be good",
