I'm sick and tired of Hurricane Katrina Florida got hit my 5 hurricanes there not complaining.?

I do feel bad but come on its been 18 months. Its always about New Orleans please when you live 14 feet below sea level what do you expect when a CAT 5 hurricane is coming. Mississippi got hurt THE WORST and there not complaining. I know about hurricane I grew in Florida.

let me tell you, new Orleans is still to this day a Hugh mess. there are no jobs and still alot of ppl who are homeless.

Dude, im from southern Florida, and we got hit pretty bad too yall.....Nobody gave a damn because everything was on New Orleans but we floridians had to waste a lotta cash cuz of the huricanes...a tree wrecked my new car, we lost all the food that spoiled because the fridge didnt work without electricity, and we could not go to work.

I think these people are just frustrated because so many of them are still without help. They are trying to put their lives back together the best way they know how but unfortunately the organizations who were supposed to assist them, have not come through for everyone. I just try to think of how I would feel if I was in the same situation. I would be frustrated too.

I'm tired of hearing about it, too. I know that sounds mean, but I am! It is a shame that the government has basically done nothing to help, though.

Amen, you didn't see Floridians shooting at helicopters, causing the first rescuers to turn back. Dare they mention that. For the minority of both races who couldn't get out or help themselves I feel bad. Its those who, especially the men who were to lazy to get their own out of the situation that I blame.
