I am having trouble finding a dress that would be appropriate to wear. I feel like the dress I am getting is to over the top and I want to see if you all agree. Yeah thats definitely too over the top. Its not that bad though. You could probably find a similar one thats more refined and appropriate for junior prom at like macys or nordstrom. Ask your friends to come with you to help pick one out! I'm sure theyll know

Yeah, that's Wayyyyyyyyyyy over the top for a graduation prom.
Victoria's Secret has very nice coctail dresses.
Try looking for coctail dresses for the prom on the internet. They can be fun, flirty, and classy at the same time.

i like your dress...and i think that is very nice and not inappropriate or over the top at all..i think it will show everyone..what you like ...also..if you pair it with some real simple shoes and SOME jewelry like 1 nice necklace that goes half way down your neck so that its a little above the dress top...and a bracelet that matches...oh and also some simple dangle earrings too....for your hair..do it in an up-do ...with simple curls hanging lose by your side....here's an example www.totalhair.net its a good site for hair do's for prom...also maybe a small clip in your hair

I think your dress is way over the top. You need to tone it down a little. Not quite so reveling and more appropriate for a young lady.
