Moe Siszlak... It would be like "Cheers", but instead of everybody yelling "NORM!" they would yell "BARN!" when Barney staggered in.

None. The spin-offs are never as funny as the original, and nothing would beat 18 years of The Simpsons.

I agree. It has to be Moe. Bar sitcoms always do well, anyway (i.e. Archie Bunker's Place and Cheers).
