Probably no. Most of we common people do not trust our-self fully. If we do; no one yes no one can stop us from real success of life. We lack self confidence and belief in our self and that leads to all the problems related to us that we face.

As Ronald Reagan said (in another context): "Trust, but verify."
I trust myself. But I try to also check things out and I think about my decisios and actions daily, for example, as I am getting ready to go to bed.

Hell no! I am apt to do anything from the moment i roll outta bed around noon and suck down a few brewskies. I whacked my landlady with a board yesterday. knocked her out and she still doesn't know who did it. that sort of thing scares the hell out of me. i could get in trouble or something unless i am more careful. one day i ate a whole ham in safeway while nobody was looking. i just rolled that cart and kept eating. living on the street is hard man. trust me? hell no!

Personally I do. Only you can know if you trust yourself or not. Your the only one (besides the lord) who knows if your telling the truth or not. Do you lie or not? Its your call.

On the bigger picture, really important stuff, yes. I consider consequences and rewards of my actions and have the will power to make and follow a decision.
