Stupid question, isn't it?!?!

I usually say, "You should hire me because not only am I qualified, educated, smart and a fast learner, but I get along very well with my co-workers. I help to create a cohesive, smooth running work environment that helps increase productivity and thus helps my coworkers enjoy their jobs more as well."

It's all smoke up their you-know-what

This is a perfect time to recap your past work experiences and how you would apply your skill set to the new job. ALWAYS refer/relate to your past work experience when answering questions at an interview. If you don't have a lot of work experience (i.e. college grad) you can refer to your education and how it has helped prepare you for the position. When asked this question, you can also highlight any accompishments or awards you have recieived in the past.

In a nutshell brag. Be confident, not cocky.

This question is the point of proving yourself if you did your research on the company. Before any job seeker lands a position, he/she must know what the company stands for and what kind of service it does? You can brag about yourself and how you fit in the company structure like I am a dedicated worker.

An interview is a chance to brag on yourself. You start by saying "I would be an asset to your company because..." and follow up with skills you don't have on your resume. Because I am a fast learner and pay attention to details ensuring the projects will be done on time...

This is not the time to be self-effacing or humble. Examine your strengths, listing them beforehand if you need to, then lay them out for the interviewer. You might include a silly item to relieve tension for both of you, but most of all, have confidence in yourself.

You feel confident that you can bring a positive attitude toward "fill in the blank" whatever the company is about. And you can assist in moving forward with the companies goals in mind. Hope this helps

Try something like this: because I have all the right skills, I am ambitious, I'm a team player, I am good in working under pressure...
If those things are true, of course..
Just try to emphasise your strenghts...
Good luck!

Because I am a quick learner, work well with others, want to work in this field, want to use my skills, etc...
Just list your strongest qualities
