I am a hsjr living in Minnesota. I believe this stat b/c I got a 29 on my ACT. Yeah it's true that Minneys are kind of hi on themselves, but heah -- we make a lot of money.
By the way, the Twin Cities are considered the smartest cities in the whole U.S. And MN has been selected as 'best state to live in' every year since 1997. Must be our welfare programs and MN winters, lol!

That makes sense, there are not a lot of minorities in Minnesota. Plus in the winter there's nothing else to do but stay inside so you don't get frost bite.

MN as the best state to live in?? Lmao, most of the year is spent freezing, there is no sun, beach, or hot girls. I will stick with Florida, our hot girls, beach, palm trees and sun. Or just about any other state over MN.
