B. there will be a double bond with the oxygen and the three Cl molecules bonded to the P making 5 total bonds

D. There will resonance in this structure and again will have more than 4 bonds. I think there will be 7.

E. This will have a S with 3 O atoms attached to it. However two of the O groups will be double bonded and one will be a single bond creating 5 bonds.
