Would I be able to drive it for a lengthy period of time WITHOUT repair?

If it is not working, you will not have brakes.
You can look it up online and see how one actually works. Then you will have a better understanding.
It's very dangerous, so have it repaired now.

I wouldn't, that's pretty severe cause you can't get the fluid to the wheel cylinders or the calipers due to no pressure. Constantly pumping on the brakes pushes air into the lines and before you know it, you have nothing but floor. Get a new Master Cylinder and save youself the hassle of harming yourself and others.

I wouldn't drive it. Your brakes will be affected. Master cylinders are not that expensive and are not difficult to change. Definately, alot less expensive than an accident!

You won't have any brakes. You can drive if you don't mind not being able to stop.

Your car will still go just fine, but it may not stop. Get the thing fixed NOW.
