Took the car to the mechanic for alignment, he did the alignment and told me that problem was because one of my front wheel was slightly bent, and should be replaced or repaired. Should I take it on a long trip on the highway?

Take it if you wish.. but know this:

It's going to make ALL your tires go bad eventually, starting with the one on the bad rim, obviously.

Absolutely NOT! You need to either repair the tire before your trip or seek other modes of transportation for your trip; i.e. fly, take a bus or train and rent a car. There are so many bad scenarios that could happen if you drive the car at top speeds in its present condition.

No i wouldn't take it on a long trip i would replace that rim. Eventually your tires will prematurely wear out sooner.
