ok. so in our lab, we mixed together Ba(NO3)2 with Na2CrO4.
the balanced equation is this:
Ba(NO3)2 (aq) + Na2CrO4 (aq) -> BaCrO4 (s) + 2NaNO3 (aq)
what's the complete ionic equation?
i got:
Ba 2+ (aq) + 2 NO - (aq) + 2Na + (aq) + CrO4 2- -> Ba 2+ (aq) + CrO4 2- (s) + 2Na + (aq) + 2NO3 - (aq)
is that right?
what's the net ionic equation for this?
cuz i'm not really sure..
