I think that it is most likely to be a transliteration of the Russian word "rabota", means work, labor.
It is a slang word that comes from the Russian immigrants in Israel. Israelis may sometimes refer to a certain job as "rabota" when it's a crappy job that they take only because they need money desperately.

I know Hebrew and I don't recognize this word.
I thing it is misspelled, because if you switch the second and forth letters around it makes the word that means "wet" as an adjective for a female subject.
None of the previous answers are right.
