I dont know what type of browser you are using, but generally speaking you can go to Tool, options and then in there you'll see delete history and cookies and all sorts of stuff... Good luck =)
Or, just stop looking at porn ;)

Open internet explorer, at the top you should see a several tabs, one being tools. Open that menu, select internet options, then a dialog box opens, click the boxes that say delete temp internet files and delete cookies. The internet files one may take a minute or two that is normal, then you are done.

On Internet explorer there is clock icon in the toolbar. If you click it, shows all the sites you entered. It can be deleted by right clicking the folder.

in other to do that,go to tooks on ur tool bar,then click on the internt options and on the general tab,delete all file,cookies and press clear history., peace
