He's a great receiver... but, you have to worry a little about injury with him now after last season. The Saints probably know what they're doing.

relies upon upon the strikes they make to change him and upload extra receiving help AND the position he finally ends up. by at present's criteria, Horn is an previous guy yet nevertheless a reliable participant. the problem with letting pro vets pass is that you not at all comprehend in the journey that they are washed up, gonna have one or 2 extra years of being truly effective or for a million or 2 extra years in the journey that they are gonna go back to the type at the same time as they were putting up THEIR overall numbers. interior the NFC, maximum communities are typically a million or 2 effect gamers remote from being a playoff contender. Horn can nevertheless be one among those adult men. He is in simple terms no longer an each down participant yet he can nevertheless prepare sufficient to make defenses ought to account for him. Horn playing on yet another NFC crew ought to come decrease back and bite them interior the butt; extraordinarily if he is going to a special crew of their branch. Ex Saint, Dante Stallworth went to Philly, a crew that fortunately for the Saints, isn't of their branch; helped them take the dep. and scored a landing adverse to the Saints interior the playoff sport that Saints in effortless words beat Philly by 3pts. They nevertheless have Colston, McAllister and Bush, who's an astounding pass receiver and Terrence Copper submit some fantastically reliable numbers; yet regardless of Horn, that wasn't sufficient. no one requested the question yet, so I gained't say what i imagine the Saints favor this year.

As a niner fan, bring em on. Bryant hasn't quite worked out for us and Horn is a team leader. A little old. Probably will receive a 1-2 year deal where ever he goes.

i think hes worth getting. he is a team leader and still a pretty good receiver. for teams who need a 2nd or 3rd receiver should try to get joe horn. i dont know if i want the jets to sign him. he would be nice to have but we dont need receivers now. we need a rb, maybe a qb, and some defensive pieces but we need a rb most cuz i dontknow if leon washington will play well and i doubt cedric houston will

He is getting old now so I dont think he will be worth much. He had a groin injury which really skrewed up his season. I dont think I would want my team to sign an old guy like him at this point.

i think he is valuable enough to sign, and maybe he will end up in tampa bay(my team) to give simms a sure-handed target and someone who can get open consistently...the saints really made the move partly because of the money involved but also because they have two young WRs in devery henderson and terrance copper who are capable of being the #2 wideout
