Most new agents ask this question, but there is no one answer to your question.

There are lots of real estate offices that offer training to their agents. The real question is what type of setting do you prefer?

Some are hands on one on one training as others are classroom training with regular training dates and attendance is mandatory. So you have to plan accordingly.

I personally prefer one on one hands on training where you might like the more structured classroom training.

So as you go out to interview the various real estate agencies find out their training structure. You might also check the smaller offices also in addition to the national chains. You might like the personal attention you get from being in a small office.

Now when you find out your preference you will be able to determine the best real estate agency for training that is out there.

I hope this has been of some use to you, good luck.

The major real estate companies sell thier name to anyone who is willing to buy it. Each office is operated differently, depending on what the owner wants to do, and what the agents are willing to do. You will have to go to a couple of offices and actually talk to a few agents in your position to see where you want to go. All will say they have training programs, but only a few actually help get you started. I suggest you look for offices that offer low or now desk fees, this tends to make it easier on new people.
Where are you located? I may be able to refer you to someone if you shoot me an e-mail.
