Any depiction of Christ's crucifixion is a sacrifice. For that matter, any Pieta (The mother Mary holding Christ's body post-crucifixion) would be sacrifice as well...mother giving her son.

I went to Google Images and typed in human sacrifice. Lots of great pictures showed up.
