2. by 2050 entitlement programs will exceed 48% GDP add the interest on the debt at 15% or so by then you have now exceeded total national expenditure with two areas. 60 million is a drop in the bucket compared to what needs to happen to entitlement programs to keep the economy afloat. this is why the national govt should be used for defense and get out of the entitlement business.

What's wrong with the sum? Health care, social programs and entitlements should be cut by another 65.94 billion dollars, that's what's wrong with it. The government has no legitimate business with any of those, as opposed to national defense.

There are quite a few things wrong with the "sum." First it's not an illegal war. Second, we should be cutting health care much more, third, there should be additional numbers being subtracted for the rest of the wasteful social programs.
