I am 17 years old male who wants to know, why has my voice has not changed completely yet?

I am basically almost finished puberty. I have hair everywhere and the only things to seems to not have changed completely is my voice. I am also 5'7, but this doesn't bother me too much. if anyone can give me an answer it would be most helpful.

Don't worry about the voice thing. I'm in my 30's now. I used to sing soprano in the choir when i was a kid now I sing tenor. Never noticed or remembered that my voice changed. I'm 6ft 2in tall.

I'm 18 and it still cracks on occasion. Puberty isn't a fixed process...it differs from person to person.
