Check out the site below. This is www.addall.com - the used and out of print book link. There are other copies of this book out there, so it gives you something to compare it with.

Yes, it's going to depend on condition - maybe yours is better than the others, so you can ask for more. Perhaps you should talk to someone that can look at it first hand and give you his/her opinion. Sounds like a fascinating book.

Search the inventories of a variety of used book dealers, including big ones like abebooks, alibris and Powells. Try to find one where the condition matches yours, as that is very inportant in used/rare book value. Remember, though, that these are asking prices, not selling prices.

You can also set up a search on ebay that will email you whenever a listing matches your search criteria is listed. You can also search ebay for things that have sold in the past month. The selling price there is probably a good indicator of what your book is worth.

It is worth what someone will pay for it. Depends on condition, how many are still around, and whether or not anyone still wants one.

These things vary greatly.
If you don't have an antique book dealer where you live, go to the library & find a book on antique books--they are often very thorough.
You could also google it, or google "rare books".
Another idea is to check if ebay has anything similar listed for sale, and for how much.

It sounds like a nifty book--I hope you find something!
