B- isn't exactly rare, but it's definitely one of the most needed. This is because it can be used by so many different blood types: AB+, AB-, B+, or B-. In fact, other people with B- blood can ONLY accept B- or O- blood.

The rarest blood type is AB-, but there's it's not needed as desperately as B and O types. That's because AB- can accept many different blood types, not just other AB-s.

But regardless of what blood type you have, it's a good idea to give blood when possible. Everything helps.

b- is only found 2% in the average American. But -o is the worldwide donor. So, only b+,ab+,ab-, and b- can use your blood. So, I would keep it. There's also a legend vampires love b- blood =)

The type of blood group you fall into does not necessarily mean you can give blood alot.HOWEVER IT DEPEND ON THE QUANTITY OF BLOOD IN YOUR SYSTEM IF REALLY YOU WANT TO DONATE BLOOD.thanksand goodluck.
