I fried garlic in oil in my new pan with potatoes and carrots and salt, and a clove of whole garlic, the whole garlic remained white while the slices turned grren. Is it dangerous to eat? In rest the potatoes turned normal.

It's safe to eat and tastes the same.

Garlic will sometimes turn green when cooked with an acid (tomatoes, lemon juice, etc) or if it is exposed to copper.
