How do you make quality friends on Yahoo IM?

I have recently joined up with Yahoo IM, but my friends don't use it. I am looking to make quality friends to IM with.

You can look at their Yahoo 360 profile, and if they seem interesting, then send them an invite using Yahoo IM. Not everyone will want to connect with you, but some will. In fact, feel free to invite me.
