The best way to do this is to head over to the religion and spirituality category and post some absurd and inflammatory question like 'if jesus was alive today would he bake puppies in a microwave?'. You will find christians and atheists responding almost in pairs with hate responses. You will need to keep the flow going by adding extremely arrogant additional details such as 'I know better than that noob god'.
I've seen posts like this reach more than 50 answers many times. You have to be careful not to break the community guidelines by being obviously insulting.

Asking people's favorite anything usually gets a lot of responses. I know I love putting my 2 cents in on those.

occasionaly other questions get answers too but it depends where you put it in what Science, Arts...
Questions like What we are?if you put it in philosophy
What should I cook for 20 dinner party if you put it on food

Just ask something deliberately insulting to any group of people and the fur will fly!!!! I've not done that but I think some poeple do it just to mess with others.
