I'm not sure what you are asking. Is your question about them sending you a "dear john" letter breaking up with you? It's not you, it's them & they need to move on & forward. Unfortunately without you being employed by them????

No, don't be rediculous. Most employers are not going to send you a letter. They will tell you to please find employment elsewhere. Especially if you missed work - no show, no call..... It usually tells an employer you didn't really want to work there anyhow.

If you ever do get around to showing up at work, they will either fire you or you still have a job.

Generally speaking, the answer is no, but there are some companies out there that will send you a letter. And I've known some that will even fire people through email.

Not unless you have a work contract and work in a multinational company.
