Cuz I learned 2 read when I was 4 years old. I learned to write in Kindergarten. If u never went to school that might be your prob.

No, definitely not. There are other problems associated with learning the written language. Dyslexia can be one of the hardest to teach, as they see the written letter differently from others, but for intelligence, they can have extremely high IQ's. Reading and writing does not indicate intelligence.
