If you did it without them attacking you. You could be charged with assault. You can only use those products if attacked. Plus that is not an effective nor productive way to deal with this issue. If your guidance counselor and principal won't help, then you need to go to your parents and they need to have a meeting with one of these people. If your parents won't, then you need to go back and make these people very aware of how you feel and tell them that it is going to end up in viiolence if something isn't done. Don't go after them. It isn't worth it.

Pepper spray may well be a liquified style of cayenne pepper, the place mace is a chemical. the biggest distinction is Pepper spray is somewhat purely effective in case you get an instantaneous hit (ie. eyes, mouth), and mace has a close-by of effect. Mace saturates the air and you dont could be as precise with it. The undesirable section approximately it fairly is which you will get lots of the outcomes likely besides. do not mace your self. you're unlikely to construct up a tolerance to it. It hurts and thats all you're able to comprehend. it fairly is not incapacitating. i've got been maced, you are able to combat via it. Your elementary criminal is going to flee if he gets maced, yet once you're struggling with on your existence or freedom, it wont even slow you down.

My daughter (12) just had a similar experience.
Sounds like you've got a pack of "mean girls" on you.
You need to go to your guidance counselor or principal. I don't care if you've been before - do it again. If they won't listen to you, maybe get your Mom to have a talk with someone at your school; you should not have to put up with this.
You need to target the one spreading the lies when you have this talk; with a group of mean girls, there's always a leader, and without the leader the rest can't function.
Don't mace them. You'll be the one to get in trouble, and whatever they did to start it won't matter.
Like I told my daughter; if they're just running their mouths, no big; you can run your mouth too. First time they touch her, it's on, and she has my permission to do whatever she feels like she needs to.
But you're just putting them in their place, you're not trying to maim them or kill them. If you take the first whack at them, then you're the bully. And always remember - you smack someone, and they are going to smack you back.
Good luck and handle this without getting yourself in trouble. You're smarter than that!
In the future, you say this girl has done this to you three times; that means she's done this to you twice and you took her back as a freind.
You might want to not take her back as friend a third time so she can do this to you a fourth time, ya know?
You see what kind of a person she is. Don't give her another opportunity to take a shot at you.

There are different rules in different states.
There are school rules - your school certainly has rules regarding possession and use of self-defense products.
Is someone physically assaulting you?
It may not be legal for a 13-year old to use self-defense sprays.
No one should use pepper spray or mace on another person just for getting on your nerves - without a physical assault occurring.
You could be charged with assault.

Yes, you can go to juvenile hall.
I guess what I do not understand is why you're still friends. I mean you are saying this is the 3rd time, now that is weird. Have you ever heard this? First time shame on you, second time shame on me.
What that means is the first time I had no clue what was going to happen. If I stay around then I'm giving you permission to do it again, so second time shame on me. And you stayed for a third.
Get away from your "so called" friends. This is not how a friend treats a friend. Have you talked about this situation with your parents?

You only want to use something like that if you are being attacked. Plus, depending on the state you are in, mace/pepperspray is illegal to have if you 12 or 93. The only thing I can advise you to do is keep going to your principal, and taking the steps your already taking...sorry:( It's not easy being a teen thats for sure. I have been there and definately feel for u!

Fisrt of all, do you know how bad that would hurt them?? It stings your eyes for almost 3 days! And you can't open them really wel at first!! You would probably be expelled for school, and probably be broughten to court. DON'T DO THAT TO THEM!! Just because they are getting on your nerves and are telling lies about you, that's life. In my middle school, someone spread a rumor that So and so gave someone a b**lo*w j^o*b in the guys locker room after school. And everyone believes it, and that girl didn't come to school today. It's okay, things could be worse.
Good luck!!!

You might go to jail for spraying her with pepper spray. Just get even with her. Tell lies on her just make her fell like you do now. Just don't get really crazy with it. Make her pay hard. Turn her friends on her like she did you.

Yes and it's a crime, ever heard of the saying two wrongs don't make a right. This applies, kids can be cruel. It's a fact of life but if you handle it in a mature way you can show you are above their childish games. Good Luck.
