You should talk to your Dr. You should be getting 7-8 hours a night but from the sounds of things you are not getting a full restful night sleep. Try putting the kids to bed early and relax before going to bed. Make it a routine!

8 hours is recommended, 6 isn't enough for you. If you've been only getting 6 hours a night for a few nights then you will have a sleep debt that you need to catch up on by sleeping in a bit, or getting early nights. Try having a nap during the day too - people who take naps are less stressed.

I know that they always say 8 hours but I find to properly function the human body needs or should try to get at least 9. Any more than that though you wake up feeling like a zombie and it ruins your whole day.

If you can get some good naps in between, that will help you recharge your energy batteries. Bach Flower Essences are a good choice. See the following link:

and help yourself with the right combination of flower essences.

your problem may be more than just sleep. you need at least 6 hrs of uninterrupted sleep each night. see your doctor to make sure that you have no medical conditions that might keep you from getting rest.
