My wife and I have a collapsible file storage. We started it a couple of years ago. Each year gets a new storage. We have slots for most everything.
You can buy a collapsible file storage from Wal-Mart for less than $20. They come prelabeled with various categories. If you don't use one type just put a label over the top of it.
The collapsible storage is nice because you can move it easily. So if you need to lay a few things out on the kitchen table, take the whole filing system.

the good way to organize your bills is to put them all togethere in one place because them you are going to lose them all and your going to take your time looking for them all
