It depends on the other symptoms.
If you have good reason to believe you are pregnant - get one of the home tests and after that - go to the doctor if you still have symptoms or if the test is positive for pregnancy.
Pressure or cramps in the lower back - if you have those symptoms when you normally start your cycle - then I would suspect that your cycle is late for unknown reasons which could include stress among other things.
Other than that - what other crazy symptoms are you having?

Some of these people probably should have been aborted. but your baby shouldnt be. Which I dont think you were going that route any way. Dont listen to these lost souls out there that have nothing better to do than to say horrible things to get their jollies.
As far as what your feeling tell your doctor he or she will know better than us out here. Although I have had 3 beautiful daughters each pregnantcy was different. God Bless you and the little one

Yes, the earliest symptoms of pregnancy resemble PMS, but you won't know for sure until you have either missed your period or take a test. Sometimes they maybe slightly more uncomfortable and your breasts usually become very sore, especially in the first pregnancy. You should pick up a home pregnancy test.

Mean people suck! Sometimes you have to ignore(and report)stupid answers like that. I didn't have any cramping, but everyone is different, so if a baby is what you want, don't loose hope just yet. I started haveing terrible back pain in my fourth month, but like i said, everyone is different.

there is no reason why your back would be hurting due to pregnancy, at least not in the first trimester. what are your other symptoms?
