Superman by Five For Fighting- This song reminds me of my Son when he went to Iraq. Whenever I am having a meltdown missing him, I need to hear that song. He is my Superman, he is my hero.

"How To Save A Life" by The Fray holds strong emotions for me because I always listen to it everytime i am upset (but also any other time i feel like listening to it) and i can always find a way to make it relate to what is happening to make me upset.
I also have an emotional attachment to "Stolen" by Dashboard Confessional. . . but i'm not really sure why. Everytime i hear it, my heart starts to hurt like i'm trying very hard to do something or get through to someone and it's just not happening and it makes me want to yell the lyrics at someone, but i'm never sure who.

amazed by lone star and breathe by Faith Hill, they both bring out different emotions for me and I have yet to identify the reasons behind them... I tend to disassociate from really strong emotions.

i can't live by Mariah Carey as when my dad walked out on us, he sang that as his way of explaining it, i was sat on his new gf's knee sobbing my heart out. also wind beneath my wings, because my uncle sang it so beautifully at my grandads' funeral..
