most department stores will help you with a fitting. However the non-discount & upscale stores have professional fitters that have some training in getting a proper fitted bra. Anyone with a tape measure can tell you your 'reccomended' size, but a professional fitter can help if your are in-between sizes, or if for some reason you fall out of the 'standard' catagory.

Even better would be a lingire store like Victory Secerets, or Lane Bryant.

Breasts come in all shapes and sizes, and the 'measured' size is correct for only about 50% of women.

Pretty much anywhere that has a service type of desk in the undergarmet section. Most times all you have to do is ask.
