when i open my itunes, the songs in the library sometimes automatically erases!!! So sometimes i haave to upload all the songs again in my library can anyone help me!!

when the ipod is plugged in, go to options, and turn off automatic update.

yu have a virus get prtection for your computer and then format your ipod re download and it should be fine also take the cord off of the ipod before looking through your library

do you mean when you pulp in you ipod? it automatic updates you ipod and you song ever time you plug it in. if you get the song off itune it should not erases they.
