here is a stratedgy guide 4 ya if it not work
look at bottom for cheat:
Race 17: Street Race
--------------------
Tier 7
City: Nurburgring
Track: Nordschleife 10
Laps: 1
Weather: Sunny
Advice: This race is one of the hardest street races yet. The other cars aren't
what makes it difficult, it's the track. This track is on a very long stretch
of the Nurburgring track where there are plenty of places where it's easy to
screw up and end up in the dirt on the side of the track, which will almost
certainly cause you to lose the race. The race starts on a long stretch of the
road where there is first a gentle right turn, a gentle left turn a little
while after that and then a right turn that you will have to slow down for.
Before you get to that turn that you have to slow down for, you can pass most
of the other cars and get into second or third place. After that right turn,
there are a few gentle turns and then a bigger left turn. This left turn is
banked and has the surface of the tarmac covered with with something that gives
you better traction in it. You will obviously have to slow down for this turn.
Once you are through that turn, you should be able to pass the other cars. If
you still can't, you can use the rest of the track to catch up to them,
although it is far too easy to end up getting further and further behind them.
Now you will be on a stretch of the track where there are first three gentle
rights that you don't have to slow down for, then three gentle lefts that you
don't have to slow down for. Right after that last left, there is a sharper
right turn that you have to slow down for. The next few turns will be right
turns that you don't have to slow down for, although it might seem life you do.
After those, there is a left turn that you don't have to slow down for that is
followed by a right that you do have to slow down for. There is another right
turn not too far after that (You shouldn't have to slow down for it) and then
another left turn as you go down a hill, you will have to slow down for this
left turn. As you reach the bottom of the hill, there is a right turn. You
don't have to slow down to make it.
The next turn will be a right turn that you can take at full speed and after a
little straightaway, there will be a left turn that you do have to slow down
for. Now you will be on a long stretch of the road that has a lot of turns in
it that you don't have to slow down for. Those turns cancel each other out, so
the road mostly goes straight for awhile and you can see where there is a right
turn at the end, with a red and white striped barrier behind it. You shouldn't
have to slow down for that turn much, if at all. Now there will be a long
series of turns that you don't have to slow down for. Two rights, a left,
another right and then another left. After all of those, there will be a long
right turn that you have to slow down for. At the end of that turn, there are
blue signs on either side of the track. Behind them is a left turn that you may
have to slow down for, depending on your speed. The next turn is a banked left
turn with the tarmac that gives you extra traction in it. You obviously have to
slow down for this turn. Now you will be close to the end of the track. All
that's left is a gentle left that you don't have to slow down for and two
rights that you also don't have to slow down for. Past those, there is a
straightaway that the finish line is on.

No cheats to unlock the nurburgring track unless if you have got an action replay or max drive device so you will have to do it via the long way.
You will first race on the Nurburgring track on the TRACK SPECIAL SERIES under Kudos World Series but only in segments 2-12 rather than the whole track and you can only race it in this series and not in time attack or multiplayer, but it is a good way to learn the different sections of the circuit off by heart before going onto the Nordschleife track.
To unlock the full Nurburgring track (Otherwise known as Nurburgring Nordschleife 1) you need to complete the ULTIMATE SERIES under the Kudos World Series Mode and once you have completed the series the track is available to use. You will use the track during the series in Races 1-4 which are parts of the circuit and the full circuit during Race 19.
I would suggest when practising the track for the series especially in Race 19 where you use the full track, you do it on medium difficulty and learn the track off by heart, because in hard and expert it takes a long time to catch up to second and first and you cannot make any mistakes or you will LOSE!!!
You also got to consider the track is over 12.9 miles long or in km 20.8 km so you will need to practise the track before you attempt it on higher difficulties and learn the speeds of each corner and where to get the most time out. There are in total 73 corners (33 lefts and 40 rights to be exact) and so many elevation changes....it is a long circuit to remember.
Some other information......
The cars during the Ultimate series you will mostly likely be up against are the Saleen S7, Ford GT, Porsche Carrera GT, Koenigsegg CC V8S, Enzo Ferrari and the Pagani Zonda S. But you can also be up against the other lockable cars in the series as explained below.
You can unlock the following cars in the series:
Mercedes CLK-GTR - Unlocked by beating Kudos World Series with all gold medals or above
Porsche 911 GT1 - Unlocked by beating Kudos World Series with all silver medals or above
TVR Cerbera Speed 12 - Unlocked by beating Kudos World Series with all platinum medals
My advice any cars above will do but most people assume the Enzo Ferrari is well balanced for the series, but a good driver can use all the cars to complete the series and it depends on your preference and what are you happy with.
Heres a link to a map of the Ring if you want to have a look at the track:

So to conclude...you need to complete the ULTIMATE WORLD SERIES under KUDOS WORLD SERIES to unlock the Nurburgring....just practice makes perfect....
Good luck with it......
